  1. Who is eligible to participate in this promotion?

    This promotion is open to UK residents who are 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.

     

  2. When can I enter the promotion?

    You can enter the promotion any time from 00:00:01 on 04.06.25 to 23:59:59 on 27.08.25.

     

  3. How can I enter the promotion?

    To enter, purchase a Skittles product at a participating Poundland store, scan the QR code on the POS, or visit www.skittles.co.uk/flavourvote, vote for your favourite Skittles flavour, and complete the online entry form by submitting the last four digits of the purchased product barcode and entering your full name, email address, and mobile number. 

     

  4. What prizes can I win in this promotion?

    There are 180 prizes in total that can be won, including:

  • 5 x £500 cash prizes
  • 50 x £100 cash prizes
  • 125 x £20 cash prizes

     

  1. How will the winners be selected?

    Winners will be chosen from all valid entries using an independently supervised process during the prize draw, which will occur on 05.09.25. 

     

  2. Do I need to keep my receipt?

    Yes, you must retain your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, as it may be required to validate your prize.

     

  3. Is there a limit to the number of times I can enter the promotion?

    Yes, you may submit a maximum of one entry per person per day. Entries are validated based on a unique email address and mobile phone number.

     

  4. Can I enter using multiple email addresses or phone numbers?

    No, bulk entries or entries using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or aliases will not be accepted.

     

  5. Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

    No, the prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

     

  6. How will I be notified if I win?

    Winners will be notified via text message sent to the phone number provided at the time of entry, within 7 days of the final draw. The message will include a link where winners can securely submit their bank account details to claim their prize.

     

  7. How will the cash prizes be awarded?

    The prizes will be paid via BACS transfer within 28 days after confirming the winner’s bank details.

     

  8. Can I claim my prize after 14 days of notification?

    No, if you do not respond to the original win text message within 14 days, you will forfeit your prize, and a reserve winner will be selected.

     

  9. How will my personal data be used?

    By entering, you consent to your personal data being processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Mars Wrigley.

     

  10. Can I change the details I provided for my entry after submitting it?

    Once submitted, your entry details cannot be changed. Please ensure all details are correct before entering.

     

  11. What happens if I provide incorrect information?

    If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, you may forfeit your prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or reallocate the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information provided.

     

  12. Can I enter if I don’t have internet access?

    No, internet access and registration are required to enter the promotion.

     

  13. Can I ask to have my personal data deleted?

    Yes, but please note that if you request deletion of your data, it may prevent the fulfilment of your prize.

    If there is a problem, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion, but will always aim to minimize the impact on participants.
