SKITTLES10 PROMOTION – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By registering your data, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy and agree to these Terms and Conditions applying to the offer. By submitting any information required as part of their participation in the offer, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

ELIGIBILITY

To participate, an entrant should complete their data (name. age, date of birth, email address and preferred skittles flavour) on the entry form, tick the box confirming that they are happy to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter relating to the Skittles brand and submit the form. 5. On submitting a valid registration form (with all fields complete), the entrant will receive a promotion code for 10% discount off the price of a Skittles 1kg sweet bag on Amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Skittles-Sweets-Fruit-Chewy/dp/B08G9Z14PT). The code can only be redeemed against this product and only on Amazon,. Attempts to redeem the code in any other way will be invalid and rejected. A discount code can be redeemed on multiple occasions by the original recipient, provided a Skittles 1kg sweet bag is purchased each time. The code can be redeemed only once per qualifying purchase. Promotional codes can only be used by those registering their details and receiving the code. They may not be forwarded to other recipients for use. In the event a code is shared contrary to these terms, further use of the code (by the original valid recipient and anyone being sent the code) will be blocked.

7. Use of Personal Data: The Promoter will use personal details collected from participants in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy here: https://www.mars.com/privacy. In the event that an entrant completes the registration form but does not tick the box agreeing to receive future marketing relating to Skittles, the entrant will not be able to receive the discount code.
8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer or accepting or using the discount code, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
9. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the registration process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion. This will result in the offer of a code being withdrawn or, where issued already, the code being blocked.
10. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, receiving a discount code or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event or any difficulties experienced by the participant when attempting to redeem the code on Amazon.
11. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
- 1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
- 2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
- 3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
- 4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
12. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or suspend the offer, in the event of circumstances beyond its control which impact the offer running as intended or where it reasonably believes that fraudulent or claims in breach of these Terms and Conditions are being submitted.
14. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
